STORE POLICIES

PAYMENTS

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept personal checks. We accept Cash for purchases picked up in person at our shop.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship local stocked item three days a weeks. We ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select. We will provide tracking as soon as items are shipped.  We are happy to ship worldwide by USPS services.

                                                

During our relocation to the new shop, some items will be drop shipped to you from distributer or manufacturer warehouses. We will inform you of any delay. We will also provide tracking on these items as soon as it is available.

                                               

We strive to be environmentally friendly. We use recycled boxes and packing materials when possible.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  All items must be returned in new condition with tags. We do not accept returns on used merchandise. 

Please re-pack items in a sturdy box with a copy of the packing slip if possible. If you do not have a packing slip please send a detailed note. Please note if you would like a refund or exchange. 

Payment will be refunded in the same method as received. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Ship package prepaid and insured by USPS or UPS.  Please insure the package for your protection. Used, misused, damaged or incomplete items are not accepted.

Saddles and Harnesses have a 15 % restocking fee.

All items returned more than 30 days from the date of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be accepted for merchandise credit only.
